Draw a roadmap jotting the milestones and deliverables that must be met by your solutions developer (Design2 Communications) and you in order to satisfy all deadlines. The project is broken into phases - pre-production, production and postproduction. The ultimate success of the project is dependent on your identification and commitment of the key people necessary to provide reviews and approvals. The availability of these people, as well as their ability to meet the agreed-upon turnaround times, is critical to achieving each milestone.
